140 Middlesex Street

Lowell, MA

Exterior Facade Renovation

Located in the lowell national historical park, this site originally was home to the first counting house of the Hamilton Corporation. Known as the Elliot Street School, this building once held a role in nurturing Lowell’s youth for forty-five years. After being a local school building, it was transformed into a leather goods store. Since then the building has been unoccupied until it was renovated and transformed to bring a fresh look to the facade while also keeping a historical ‘mill-city’ feel to bring it back to its roots.
